p|d (or p|d vendors and suppliers) may observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address, browser type, equipment type, content selections, duration and frequency of use or access, among other details) as well as related usage behavior depending on whether You are using our Sites for a particular p|d product, software or service. We may use this data in an anonymous and aggregated format for any purpose, unless We tell You otherwise, in connection with a particular Site, product, software or service.
ii. Children. Our Sites, products, software or services are not directed at children. If You are under 18 or otherwise would be required to have parent or guardian consent to share information with p|d You should not send any information about yourself to Us. As required by law, if a person under 13 submits information through any part of a p|d Site, product, software or service, and We learn the person submitting the information is such a child, We will attempt to delete this information as soon as possible.
III. SHARING OF INFORMATION.
i. P|d Vendors and Suppliers. p|d works with third parties, vendors, distributors, and suppliers. To the extent it is necessary for these groups to provide their products and services to Us and provide products and services You have requested, these third parties may have access to or process your Personal Information. p|d may also sometimes permit our authorized service providers to have access to aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related Sites’ information. These transfers of aggregate statistics do not involve Personal Information .
ii. Enabling Services. p|d offers a variety of services and functions through our Sites (“P|d Services”). Personal Information that is collected through our Sites may be used and/or disclosed to third parties in order to enable Us to provide p|d Services to You.
iii. Mergers, Acquisitions, and Insolvency. If p|d should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if p|d should decide to buy, sell, or reorganize some part or all of its business, p|d may be required to disclose your Information, which may include Personal Information, to prospective or actual purchasers in connection with one of these transactions.
iv. As Required by Law and Other Extraordinary Disclosures. p|d may be required to disclose your Personal Information if it: (i) believes it is reasonably necessary to comply with legal process (such as a court order, subpoena, search warrant, etc.) or other legal requirements of any governmental authority, (ii) would potentially mitigate our liability in an actual or potential lawsuit, (iii) is otherwise necessary to protect our rights or property, or (iv) is necessary to protect the legal rights or property of others.
We may work with a third party company to provide analytics in connection with the p|d mobile application. For more information about the third party company’s privacy practices, You should visit their site directly. To opt-out of Analytics tracking used with the p|d mobile application the third party company can provide You with means of opting-out upon request. When using our products, software or services, or any of our Sites, We may request feedback from You as to how the products, software or services are performing and You are invited to submit suggestions for improvement or comments related thereto (“Feedback”). Providing Feedback is voluntary, however, if You provide it to Us, You consent to the collection, storage, and use of the Feedback by Us in any manner, and We retain all rights to make use of and distribute such Feedback as necessary to improve our services or for any other purpose.
If p|d learns of a security system’s breach, We may attempt to notify You electronically so that You can take appropriate protective steps. By using any of our Sites or providing Personal Information to Us, You agree that We can communicate with You electronically regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of our Sites. p|d may post a notice on our Sites if a security breach occurs. If this happens, You will need a web browser or mobile device enabling You to view our Sites. p|d may also send an email to You at the email address You have provided to Us in these circumstances or communicate with You by other means if We can.
